Is shipping for free?
Yes, we cover the shipping costs for every order over €85
So you get to enjoy free shipping when you spend €85 or more.
How long do I have to return the items?
Customers can return products within 14 days of receiving them. Please make sure to review the return conditions outlined on our 'Returns' page.

Do you deliver to a PO box?
No, we do not deliver to PO boxes. So please make sure to add your local home delivery address.
What if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?
If you've ordered the wrong item, don't worry! Reach out to us right away at info@quavvi.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make the necessary changes.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Please check if the delivery address is correct and wait for the whole estimated delivery period to end included the 10 days extra. If you do not receive your order please contact us at info@quavvi.com.
